Re: Caller unable to hear me in my iMac Facetime

    Hello Dear...

Well, well, well, its not the problem of your iMac. It can happens due to so many reasons which are as follows:-

    1. Slow internet connection.
    2. Mic problem.
    3. Connectivity issue from other side.
    4. Microphone or speaker issue, etc...

So what you need to do now as i consider your query, you need to do some changes in your facetime software which have the automatically adjust the volume option which automatically detect the caller voice and send it to another.
    Its similar to skype settings.

You also need to check your internet connectivity which according to me is very slow.
Try to use high speed internet like photon+ and 3 G internet in your MacBook.
Second thing is that, if your Mac volume gets low from your side, then try to increase the volume and then chat.

If you are chatting with Microphone, then check its mic as well and if not then check your Mac Mic as well. If its damaged, then then replace at apple store.

    Thanks Dear...

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.........

    1.Firstly try to hard reset.

2.Or you can also perform restore and set your phone as a new font from backup.

3.Still you have the same problem try to update your OS.
So this may fix your problem.

4.You also try to reset the factory settings.

5.Even by doing all the above things you cannot fix your problem then it was not the software problem. It was the hardware problem that the mic have been damaged so you have to get replaced.

    All the best.....

    Dear Friend..

I think you have very slow internet connection, due to which you are unable to hear the voice of the caller.
Such kinds of apps works on high speed connectivity and as per my knowledge and experience, you are using a very slow internet connection.

So i recommend you to use some high speed data card like Photon + and other Data Card Planes and then chat on facetime frequently..
The problem may be occur from other side as well.
SO check your internet connection first.

It is because your Mic gets damaged due to which you can't hear the sound,
Another thing is that, it might be the same fault from the other side.
