Canon Camera not mounting in Macbook Air

Just got the Canon powershot and now when I try to sync with the Macbook Air it just doesn't allow me to do it. Why is that? Is there any new settings which need to be set for that? Can you please provide me the steps which I need to follow for mounting it?

    Hello Friend,

Just Follow Some Steps Are :

    >> Firstly For This You Need The Software
    >> So Insert The CD Which Are Come With The Camera Or Download And Installed The Software From The Canon Official Website
    >> After That Restart The PC
    >> Than Connect Your Powershot With The PC And Open The Software
    >> And Copy All The Data And Click On The Sync Option And Sync The Data Without Any Issue
    >> After That Unplugged The Device And Access The Data.

I Hope That Info Is Usefully

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say............

1.Firstly check the instruction manual of your canon camera.

2.Because for every camera it need a different software's to connect to any other device.

3.If you have the CD of that software install that software or you search for it in the internet and install those software.

4.After installing connect your camera to the Mac.

5.Then you turn on your camera in the playback mode.

6.Now your camera will get connected and you can sync images with that software.

    All the best.............

It happens rare in time whenever there is some issue.

Just Reset SMC and PRAM. and then try to mount.

Try these whenever the above friend said is not worked.
