    ClaroRead not working properly in Mac Mountain Lion

    Installation was going fine with the ClaroRead software in my Mac which runs with the Mountain Lion but now going through some various issues with it where the application it not syncing up properly with the Word application. Why is that? Have anyone came across this issue before? How can I resolve this now?

    This issue is one of the common problem with the ClaroRead software in Mac where it comes up due to version incompatibility. Certain which you can try is as follows,

    -> Restart your Mac and try to use the application again and check if you are facing this issue, as sometimes a simple restart will fix the problem as well.

    -> Try to uninstall the application completely from your Mac and reinstall it again to fix the issue.

    -> If that didn’t help then just drop a mail to support@clarosoftware.com and request them to provide the latest version software for Mountain Lion and install it in your Mac which should work without any further problems as before.

    Hello Friend

    First of all reset the claro read settings.

    And delete the corresponding file.

    if you want to save text to audio in Claro Read on mac you must first copy the text.

    Now you want converted to the clipboard. Other wise the error message can't speak will pop up.

    The problem might be occurring because:-
    -The ClaroRead app might have become outdated.
    -The ClaroRead app might be incompatible with the version of the Word.
    -The Word application might have got corrupted.
    -The Word application needs to be updated.

    THe solution to your problem is:-
    -Check for the updates of the ClaroRead app.
    -Install the latest available updates.
    -Check for the compatibility of the ClaroRead app version with the Word app version.
    -Make sure the Word app is not corrupted.
    -Check for the updates of the Word app.
    -Install the updates and update it to the latest version.

    Your problem will be solved.

    Hi...........,

    I think that the application is damaged.
    You need to delete the present claro application from mac.
    Now download a fresh application from store.
    Make sure that you use fast net connection.
    Slow connection can create much problem.

    Also secure your device from virus attack.
    Do not install the application from unsafe sites.
