    Could not sign in to iMessage error in Mac Mountain Lion

    The iMessage application works without any issues in other Apple Device but whenever I try to connect in my Mac which runs with Mountain Lion I end up getting the error as “Could not sign in to iMessage, The registering device does not have appropriate credentials”. What does it mean? Why it’s not working in my mac?

    Try these steps:

    >> Check your GPRS data balance, if it is available.

    >> Enter the correct username and password.

    >> If iMessage application is crashed then re-install it again and then try.

    >> Restart the mountain lion and sign in again.

    >> Check the internet connection enabled or not and enable it.

    It will surely work now.

    hi,

    dear i think your this i massage apps is get corrupted and not working
    properly and if you want to solve this problem then you have to
    follow as :

    1 turn on your device.
    2 go to the apple store.
    3 search there i massage apps.
    4 now download it.
    5 and then go to its icon and install it.
    6 now restart the device.
    that`s all.
    and thus you will solve this issue.

    Hello my dear Friend ...


    Follow the below procedure carefully

    Generally to getting started ... you must have Download and Install the Message beta from the Apple

    So after Installing it , it replaces iChat on your Mac ... you will need to RESTART the computer


    Launch the Messages for first time you will be walked through the Set up process


    Sign IN using the APPLE ID

    So after signing you will be asked to enter the E-mail Address to RECEIVE IMESSAGE ON YOUR MAC


    So then all of your conversations and messages will be in Sync across all of your devices ..


    I think you entered the Wrong information ..


    So try to Check them once


    That is it

    I think that your device contain too much bug that corrupted the I-message apps into your device.
    So my suggestion to you is that just follow the below given simple steps for the solution:::::::::::::::::>>>>>>

    *** FIRST OF ALL TURN ON YOUR DEVICE

    *** THEN UN-INSTALL THE CURRENT i-MESSAGE APPS

    *** NOW GO TO THE APPLE STORE.

    ***. NOW GO TO THE SEARCH BOX.

    *** THEN SEARCH THE LATEST VERSION OF I-MESSAGE APPS ACCORDING TO YOUR DEVICE SUPPORT.

    *** NOW FIND THE OPTION OF DOWNLOAD AND TAP ON IT.

    *** AFTER COMPLETE DOWNLOADING PROCESS INSTALL IN YOUR DEVICE.

    *** FOLLOW SOME SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING IT.

    *** NOW RESTART YOUR DEVICE AND OPEN THE THIS APPS

    *** NOW FILL THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR SIGN IN.

    *** I HOPE YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED.

    Hey..

    When you couldn't sign in to iMessage :


    Turn On device .


    Navigate to the location where the iMessage is located and uninstall it .

    restart your device once for the changes to takes place .


    Now Go to apple store

    Browse / search for the latest version of the iMessage .

    download it .. sign in to your apple account .

    begin the installation and accept all the terms and license .


    Now sign in to the iMessenger .

    <>due to slow internet connection.
    <>your internet balance is over.
    <>you have entered wrong user name and password.
    <>your imessage application got crashed.
    SOLUTION:
    <>Try to use any good internet connection.
    <>check for internet balance if it is over then recharge.
    <>please enter the correct user id and password.
    <>if the imessage application is crashed then uninstall that and then reinstall that.

    Hello friend,


    I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.........................

    1.Make sure that have entered the user name and password correctly.

    2.This can be your keyboard problem also so try to connect another keyboard.

    3.If that is not your problem then the problem is with your network.

    4.If that also not your problem then the problem is with your iMessage application.

    5.So you try to uninstall and then install the latest version of it.

    I hope by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    hi,
    this is the solution :
    1 remove the apps from the device.
    2 then download the new version from any store.
    3 and install it.4 and then restart. the device,
    5 and now use the apps without any problem.

    Hello Friend

    You have to check the following one one time.

    Check your network connection and try again.

    Check that your date ant time is set correctly.

    Go to the settings.

    And then select the general .

    And click the date and time.

    And click the set automatically.

    And also you have to turn off and turn on again and booting the safe mode.

    first of all uninstall the current imessage app

    then go to the apple app store

    then search for the latest and compatible version of imessage app

    then download it using a good speed internet

    then install it in your device'

    then follow the steps to install it and accept the terms and conditions

    then restart your device and singin

    and the problem is solved

    I am having the exact same problem. Everyone says to delete the iMessage app & then re-install it -- which you can't do b/c it is "required by OS X" -- it won't let you delete it.
