Disable the folder 'Password Protected' mode on Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger

All the folders on my drive are locked and when I try to open them it is prompting to enter password, but I don't know what to type here. I don't know whether this is done automatically or someone has enabled this featured on my machine. Please help me to come out of this problem.

2)Now you will select the which you want to delete.

3)Now you can Right click on the file.

4)Now you will tap the Delete option

5)It is deleted and went to recycle bin.

6)May be you want this file again you will go Recycle bin and click on Right click and tap the restore.

7)You want to delete this permanently You will press the Shift+ Del and OK.
