Dyld error message when trying to open application in Macbook Pro

Unable to open applications like Skype and other third party application in my Macbook Pro which runs with Snow Leopard because it just gives the error message as Dyld error message as symbol not found and then closes automatically. Is there any fix for this issue? Can someone kindly give me the information for this? Thanks.

This can happen for several reason in your Macbook Pro which runs with the Snow Leopard, now just try to follow the below mentioned points and check if that fix the problem,

-> Just try to restart your Mac once and check if the problem is solved because most of the times the issue might be fixed by just a proper restart.

-> Open the Disk Utility application in your Macbook and run a complete Permission repair and restart your Mac and check if that fix the issue.

-> You can try installing the Snow Leopard combo update as it as some patch and fix which are related to it. CLICK HERE!! to get the update.

-> If that didn’t help then just try to reinstall Snow Leopard back again to your Macbook Pro and then try to do the Combo update which help to fix the issue.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Troubleshoot:

:: Open the "system preference" in to Mac Book Pro.

:: Once the system preference is open then you have to select the “Utilities” option.

:: Now under it, choose the “Disk Utility”.

:: Then here you choose the start-up disk and then navigate the “First Aid”
you repair the disk using the “Repair disk permissions” OK.

:: Then restart the Mac system OK.

:: This will fix the Dyld error issue.
