Error code 50 when trying to move files from desktop in Macbook Pro

Having this issue for pretty long time from now whenever I try to move the files which are in the desktop to some place else I get the error code 50 problem. Any idea what does it mean? Why I am facing this problem? Any fix available for this to overcome?

    >> Than Type The Following Command :

    cp -R

    >> Which File And Folder You Want The Copy Than Drag That Folder And File In The Terminal Than Automatically Path Will Write
    >> Than Drag The Location Where You Want That Files Are Copying
    >> Than Click On The Return Button
    >> And Close The Terminal Program
