    Fix for the 'Error: Port 80 failed to respond' on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

    I have Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard on my computer, connected to network router. When I try to browse using any of the browser, there is an error message that your Port 80 is not responding, and I do not get any search results on the browser, when I close the error the browser will be closed. Need a permanent fix for this.

    Re: Fix for the 'Error: Port 80 failed to respond' on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

    Hello Friend,

    Just Follow Some Steps Are :

    >> Firstly Restart The System Than Log In The Admin Account Of OS
    >> After That Make The Connection Setting Again With Network Router But Use The Different Port Of PC This Time
    >> Because Current Port Is Not Workable So They Give The Error And Not Connected To Network Router
    >> So Use The Different Port And Connected With Network Router And Access That.
    >> And When You Have Got The Error Than Also Checks The Cables Which You Have Used In The Network Connection.

    I Hope That Info Is Usefully

    Steps to fix the port address problem:

    :: Open the utilities panel.

    :: Now under it, open the “Network Utility”. And then tap on the option that is “Ping”.

    :: Now simply see “Router IP address” where you enter the IP address in to it again and then change the port to 8080 in it.

    :: Now check the issue getting again or not.

    Done
