Folder Action automatically enabled on desktop folders on Mac OS X 10.7

As soon as I turn on my mac machine, the folder action setup will open and searches and monitors all the folders existing on the desktop, then the the process ends after very long time depending on the folder's sizes. I haven't changed any settings to let this happen, but this is working automatically, now how do I get rid of it?
