Gatekeeper in Mountain Lion is preventing me from using any third party software

I am using Mountain Lion but it has a feature named Gatekeeper which is not allowing me to use any third party software. It shows a lot of popups and alternatively says that the applications are a risk for my computer. Is there any method to change its setting so that it can accept any third party software?

For allowing the installation of any third party application in your device, you will have to change the settings of Gatekeeper. For doing the same, open the "System Preferences" and click on "Seucrity & Privacy". Under General Tab, you will see an option "Allow application downloaded from" with three radio buttons named "Mac App store","Mac App Store and identified developers" and "Anywhere" etc. If you want to install third party application of any source then choose "Anywhere" option. To improve your security, click on "Privacy" tab and select the Application which can access the location and your adress book.

=) Move to the system preference in to Mac-book lion.

=) Once the system preference is open then you have to see the "security" option.

=) Now under it, choose the Security & Privacy heading and then open the "Allow application downloaded from".

=) Now you can choose the "Anywhere" option for installing the third party application.

=) By doing this you can access the location of any application.
