    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem it is:-

It may be the problem of your software.

1.Firstly try to backup your computer so that if any important lost files are present they can be getted back.

2.And also try to repair your computer by inserting the motherboard CD. so it may maximumly help you to solve your problem.

3.Try to reboot your computer so that it will help you to restore your files.

If there is any problem in hardware then your computer will not turn on only. So don't worry about your hardware of your computer.

    All the best..........

    Dear Friend...

I can't say whether its a hardware problem or a software problem but you need to check your both hardware and software in your Mac.

First you need to check that is your RAM working fine or not, if its not fine or need to upgrade then increase the RAM.
If you find that the RAM is fine then I am 100% sure that its a software problem and for that, you need to check your OS and make a system restore or install a fresh copy of OS once again.
    Hope it will definitely works.

    Thanks

    Dear Guest,

    * It is software problem, may be some of your files are corrupted and that's why it starts randomnly.

    * To solve update your software and reinstall it. If still problem continues then it will be harware problem.

    * Mainly this problem arises when there is either some corrupted files or unsupported software.

    * If problem willn't solve then it indicates some problem in harware then check out for RAM regarding your problem.

I think its a software problem, because you Macbook don't have any Anti-Virus.
Kindly install an anti-virus and remove all the threats,
If the problem still not solved, then install the new windows.

    dear aspirant,
the restart of the system may be due to software or hardware .mostly problems occur due to software when any of the files in os drive gets collapsed or corrupted or deleted etc.the hardware problems may be due to fix of ram which is due to here and der movement.

    Hi friend,

If your system restart randomly because of software problem.

The software problem in the sense because of virus files in your system. You can come out of this by deleting the virus files from our system or os problem.

+++ Steps to resolve automatic restarts :

    1. First of all download the anti-virus application and install it as usually.

    2. Now open it.

    3. After opening the application tap the scan option.

    4. Now virus files will be detected.

    5. Select the virus files and delete it by pressing the delete option.

You can also resolve by updating the system firmware.

Re: Is it hardware problem or software problem if Mac restarts randomly?

    Hello Friend,

    Reason :
That Problem May Be Happened By The Virus Because When Virus Attached With Our OS Files So That Will Not Workable Means Corrupted So Without These Files OS Will Reboot Anytime.

    Solution :

    >> If Your Device Able For Using The Antivirus Than Use And Scan Whole System

    >> After That Access Your System

    >> If They Work Fine Than It's OK.

    >> Otherwise Re-Installed/Repair The OS Because Some OS Files Are Corrupted.

I Hope That Info Is Usefully

    Hi,

Download and install the antivirus removal software into your device, after installation open the application,
Tap the scan option now an wait until the virus files detected,
After detecting select the virus files,
    Press the delete option finally.
After deleting restart the device once your restart randomly problem resolved.

    Dear Friend...

The problem can be occur due to many reasons,

    1. virus issue
    2. OS corruption
    3. hardware issue

    Solution:-

    1. If you feel that it is a virus issue then scan your whole Mac device with the help of a good and compatible anti-virus. After scanning, remove all those virus and check that is your MacBook device working fine or not.

    2. If the issue still persist, then it might be a fault of your OS which can be corrupt or some of its files can be missing from your OS. For this, you need to re-install your OS and then check your device again.

    3. At last, if you still face the same issue then it is surely a hardware issue. For this, you can't do anything. You have to contact with your Apple Technician Team.

    Thank you...

This may be a Hardware problem and may be a Software problem.

    Just follow these instructions:

    >>Just go to Applications.

    >>Then click on Utilities.

    >>After that click on Disk Utilities.

    >>Atlast click on Repair.

    >>Then just install your OS again.

After installing, if the problem still persists then there may a hardware problem with your RAM.

Just replace your RAM and you will be done.
