    iPhone 2G fails to connected with iMac G7.1

    On iMac G7.1, my iPhone 2G fails to get connected. I have installed Mountain Lion in my iMac G7.1. After the upgrading, I am noticing this problem is popping. What do I do now as I am clueless? Please suggest a solution.

    Hello friend,


    I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...............................

    11.Firstly install the iTunes software in your iMac.

    2.If you have it before only then you update it to the latest version.

    3.If still you have the problem then you check the USB cable through which you are connecting.

    4.If that is also not your problem then you try to perform Reset of Settings in your iPhone 2G.

    5.If still you have the problem you open Time Machine in your iMac and then perform Restore.

    Suggestions ------------>
    * Connecting of the 2G phone is really difficult.
    * You need to connect the 3G phone easily.
    * You must have the software of the phone with you.
    * Install that software in device and then connect the phone.
    * Use can also update the software from the software mode in phone.

    System advice ----->
    * Make sure that device should be free from all virus data/file.
    * Have the antivirus in device always to save the device.
    * Antivirus must be purchased and virus definitions must be updated.
    * Do less use of the Bluetooth and wifi in device as it bring virus.
    * Memory in device should not be over loaded or near to full.
    * Increase the RAM in device to get the better performance.
    * Also maintain the space in the memory of the device.
    * Perform the memory cleaner app to clean the memory of the device.
    * Device software must be in updated format.
    * Use fast net connection for this update.
    * Have the backup of all important file and folder and also of internal settings.

    Troubleshoot:-

    I. Connect your device to the PC via USB and launch iTunes

    2. Select iPhone 4 and Click on summary > Reset .

    3. After that wait for some time and unplug your device.

    4. Then connect to different USB port and check it is connected or not.

    5. Otherwise you need to Home Screen and Tap the setting and then select
    General setting in your device.

    6. Tapping all option and select Reset Factory

    7. Start and Restore all setting and check it is working or not.

    Hi friend,

    There are many reasons if iphone 2g fails to connected to imac g7.Here i mentioned the reasons for this and also remedies also.

    +++ Reasons for iphone 2g fails to connected to mac g7 system :

    1. Due to loose connection in connection you are facing this issue.

    2. Due to connected usb cable is damaged internally and you facing this.

    3. Due to connecting ports in imac g7 is not working.

    4. Due to imac g7 not have drivers to detect the usb devices.

    +++ Remedies to follow to resolve the iphone 2g fails to connect to imac g7 :

    1. If loose connection exists then then re-insert it first.

    2. If connecting ports in imac g7 or iphone 2g device not working then repair it immediately.

    3. If imac g7 not have the drivers to recognize external devices then install and check.

    4. If connected usb cable not working then change to new.
