Logitech USB mouse freezes Macbook Air

My Logitech USB mouse has been freezing my Macbook Air after login. The cursor fails to move and literally, I have to press the power button to shut it down. Is there some manufacturing defect, if yes then please share your solutions.

    Hi,

Yeah! I have got your problem and i have solution for it..............

    1.Check your USB cable.

2.No problem with that then check the USB port.

3.If you find no problem with that also then the problem is with USB drivers.

4.So you try to update the drivers.

    5.Or you re-install the drivers.

    Have a nice day...........

You might be facing this problem because:-

    -The connection was loose.

-THe usb port is not working properly.

-The cable of the mouse is not working properly.

-Drivers might have not been installed properly.

-Update of the drivers is required.

The solution to your problem is:-

-Firstly open the connections and reconnect it.

-Make sure the connection is not loose.

-If problem persists, try in different usb port.

-Replace the cable of your mouse and check whether the issue gets resolved or not.

-If not, then go to the device manager option.

-Update the drivers with the latest available updates.

    Your problem will be solved.

    hiiiiiii....

Take it to the Apple store !

They will fix it for you.

    It could just be frozen.

They will reset it for you for free. Good luck!

Freezing of USB mouse is due to crashes of mouse driver.

    1. For resolving the mouse issue you can reinstall the driver.

    2. So launch the system preference.

    3. Then find out the device manager.

    4. Then locate the USB mouse driver and reinstall.

    5. After installation you need to restart the Mac.

    6. After that you see the mouse is working.
