    Hi friend,
Hope you are in good health and good state of mind!
It's always a treat and fun to answer your queries.
I also appreciate the confidence that you have shown in us!

See,there are many processes that are executed by the processor in one go.
Now the components that are used to make the processor come with certain specifications that states the temperature as well.
If the temperature, increases beyond the specified limit, there are chances that the components might burn out.
Hence in order to prevent this situation,I will suggest you to install another fan in your system.
This will help in cooling the system and will throw all the heat out of it.
You need to do it immediately because there is every chance that the system might get damaged due to excessive heating!

I hope I have answered all your doubts.
It was a pleasure answering your queries.
Hope that you'll come up with some more challenging queries!
    Till then,take care.
    Bye!

Re: Mac freezes when the CPU temperature rises to 60* C

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say........

1.As you are saying that your Mac CPU temperature raises to 60 degrees.

2.It will freezes because more than that temperature there may be the chances of damaging of your CPU.

3.At that temperature your Ram will be affected.

4.So there is a limiting point for that temperature.

5.So when it raises to that limited temperature your motherboard tends to freeze or restart your Mac.

6.So you better to put a extra fan in your Mac CPU.

7.You try to maintain the room Temperature cool.

8.You try to prevent playing the Big games which uses much of your Ram.

9.You try to stop all the applications running so your CPU will get cooled.

    Have a nice day...............

Well dear as you are saying that your macbook freezes.it freezes because temperature rises to a great extent.if it will not freeze then it may be harmful to your cpu.you should follow these steps.
<>you should put a extra fan into your device.
<>you should not use heavy applications in your device.
<>you should not use so many apps at a time as it causes the temperature rise.
I think your problem will be solved now.thank you
