    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say............

1.Firstly check that all the power are alright.

2.Check the manual that there may be any other settings to be made in your Mac.

3.If that is not your problem then the problem may be with the settings in your Printer.

4.If that is also not your problem then the problem may with the drivers.

5.So you uninstall them and then install them again.

6.Still if you have the problem then you update the drivers to the latest version.

    All the best..................
