    Macbook with Thunderbolt Monitor not recognizing the IEM Headphones

    I have a set of IEM(In-Ear Monitor) Headphones and when connected to the the Macbook Retina Display that has a Thunderbolt monitor, the monitor not recognizing the connected headphones. I have unplugged and plugged in again several times but no success. What is the solution for this kind of problem?

    this issue is mainly due to these reason-
    - error in connecting pin of yor headphone.
    - may be mac slot for connecting it is faulted.
    - may be due to error while connecting.
    - may be they are not compatible with your device.

    just follow these steos to solve your problem-
    - first of all check your headphone.
    - they must be compatible with your device.
    - replace them if found incompatible.
    - now check its connecting slot with your mac.
    - repair it if found faulted.
    - connect your headphne to macbook and scroll to its setting.
    - unmute all audio device and select audio mode as headphone
    - now they will work
    good bye
