    Hello friend,

Don't worry i have the solution for your problem it is:-

It may be the software problem so try to backup your Mac files. So that
    you can restore your problem.

Or perform 'Disk utility' so that all the corrupted files in the Mac get
repaired and i hope it starts working.

Even if it was not working then definitely it may be the problem of the
USB or the USB Slot of your Mac.

I hope it will help you to resolve your problem.

    All the best......

    Dear friend,
I think the problem would releated to the software.install a new one so that it support the usb and even if it still doesn't support then their might be the problem with the usb cord.

    Relax Dear..

This is not the big issue, even in Windows OS, I also face this problem.

_ What you need to do is to plug your USB first.
_ Now check that whether it is reading or give you any notification.
_ If there is nothing, then you need to go to your Mac OS Control Settings,
_ Here you get add hardware option.
_ Click on that and enter in that box.
_ Here you will select that I had already connect the device, click to find or next.
_ Few minutes later, you will get your device.
_ After that, go to your Mac OS menu and format the USB drive and now open it.

These all are the steps you can follow..
    Thank You...

    Hello dear.............
    usb-lion-1.jpg
this type of problem generally occurs at three positions..........
    1. Your USBstick was corrupted. So you have to replace it.
    2. Virus in your system or in USB stick. After scanning, connect the USBstick after restarting the MAC.
    3. Out dated software, update or re-install it from device manager.then restart your MAC .
follow above steps and you can overcome the problem.

    Thankyou......................

    * You can try with another USB and check whether that is recognising or not....!

    * Sometimes there might be problem with the USB cable also... So check it kindly...

    * If not , then there will be problem with the mac only..

    * Use an anitvirus software and remove all viruses if present.. Still not not recognising...? Then...

    * It is better according to me to take it to the nearest Customer care Service center and get it repaired rather than doing manually..

    Hello Guest..

There might be some virus present in your Pen Drive due to which your device is not ready for open.
If you want to open then you need scan your Pen Drive first with an anti-virus, otherwise, you can't open.

After scanning the device, remove all the virus, and connect the USB with Mac.
It will show a notification to you at the right hand corner of the bottom of the screen.

    Thank you.. )
