Netgear Genie issue with Mountain Lion

Every time I try to connect to the network in my Mac with the Netgear Genie it just closes automatically. Why it is unstable? Is it because of the recent Mountain Lion update? Even when sometimes it connects it wont show the proper network connections which are available. How to fix this problem now?

    Hi friend,

netgear genie issue with mountain lion:

By using the netgear genie you can easily manage your work.

It monitors and repairs your work.

My media-find and play all the musicaudio and video files.

    Makes any air printer compatable.

Now with the ez mobile connect securely connect the smart phones

    Hi............,

You did not mention that which network connection you use.
If you use 3 G connection or wifi then only its ok.
Make sure that net gear is not crashed.
If it is crashed then uninstall it and have the new one.

---> Netgear need to be installed from the apple store.
---> Update the version to newest one so to get good service.
---> Do not use any virus file in device.
---> Such can damage the data from the mac.

    Thanks

    Dear Friend..

It is the server drop issue which can be fix easily but before this, you need to understand where the problem is exactly lying in either Mac OS or Netgear Genie.

First you check in your Netgear device that is there any wire is loosing in the given socket. If it is, then connect them properly.

After this, you must check that the modem is blinking with all the lights or not. If not, then there might be some issue in device also which means it could be an internal device.
For fixing this, you just plug out all the cabled and restart your device.
Then plug in all the cables and wires once again and check the net. If there is some internal error, it means there might be some fault in device as well.
Just contact to your technician center and replace the device.

At last, if the problem still persist, uninstall the drivers for the device and download and install the drivers again.
Then restart the device and connect the net.

    Hope it will work now.
    Thank you..
