Re: QuickTime video player automatically shifts to normal screen mode rather being in full screen when I try to open some other apps in the middle

It is how the QuickTime works for a normal user where whenever we use the Command-Tab or shift through application the screen will be converted to the normal one rather being a Full screen this is one of the problem which is been there for quite many release for QuickTime but still not given an option as normal to fix it.

You can actually fix this problem by running in the command in the terminal which will make the QuickTime player to show only in full-screen no matter if you open app in the middle too. Just follow the steps given below,

STEP 1: Open the terminal which should have the administrator privileges or type in the password when asked by executing the command.
STEP 2: Execute the command “defaults write com.apple.QuickTimePlayerX MGPlayMovieOnOpen 1” and press enter.

Now close the QuickTime video player and open up again to see the changes even you can check toggling to different apps if the full-screen mode is changing or not. For sure it should work but if you still have some problem regarding this you can very well drop your query here to get the solution as possible.

QuickTime video player automatically shifts to normal screen mode rather being in full screen when I try to open some other apps in the middle

I was watching a movie in QuickTime and whenever I try to shift to some other apps the full screen mode will be automatically moved to normal screen mode. Why this is happening? I need it to be full screen always even after I switch through the application. Is there anyway to do that?
