Re: Using Power PC programs in Mountain Lion

    Hi friend,

The following is the procedure for solving the problem of using Power PC programs in Mountain Lion.

At first you have to do is,the connection of internet is to be changed.

The reason for enabling the internet connection is for updating the internet.

Then from the Mac,the Power PC programs is to be uninstalled.

Now the 'Power PC programs' is to be installed again.

After that you need to press the update option in order to update Power PC programs.

Then the system is to be restarted.

Now even though this problem is not solved, the third party software of any one is to be installed.

    Thanks.

Re: Using Power PC programs in Mountain Lion

    Dear Friend..

It might be the compatibility issue and according to this, no app or program could be work.
It is just because the Power PC Program you are using either lost its settings.
The mistake you made is that when you your Mac OS to Mountain Lion, the already installed files of power PC programs are just diminished from I think you check your battery first that whether it is worked fine because sometimes, then battery also gets leaked before its actual time, if there is some liquid leakage from the battery, it means the battery

    Solution:-
The only solution for the problem is to uninstall the Power PC Program from your Mac and re-install its setup again.
After doing this, you need to update this program with the help of internet so that it could be made compatible with Mountain Lion as well.
Once it is updated, restart your MaacBook and see, the Power PC Program start working.

    Thank you..

Re: Using Power PC programs in Mountain Lion

    HI,
Sadly Mountain Lion doesn't support PowerPC apps.
There are two ways you can run PowerPC apps again.
    Methode 1:

Creating a virtual environment using Virtual box(
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads).By setting up a Snow Leopard environment you will be able to use Power Pc apss again. The application guides well through the process.Give sufficient amount of RAM.

    Else

    Methode2 :
Run your Mac with dual Boot.

    For this
launch Disk Utility. Then select your Hard Drive and Click on the + sign underneath.Enter the amount of the volume you want to make.Creat the volume and Install Snow Leopard by using the installation disk on the newly created disk.

Next when you boot up your mac hold down the power button ,it will ask which OS you want to load then select SL and you can use PowerPC apps.

There is currently no way to PowerPC apps by default in Mountain Lion.
