dear i will tell you that if you re facing this prolem then i will tell you that this problem is due to installation of the large size apps in the device due to installation of these apps the ram memory of the device get low and hence the device and its software do not working properly and hence you face the hanging problem.
the solution of the problem is that you need to uninstall such types of application.
thus after the installation of these apps you will be able to solve this problem .

dear do not worry about this problem because this is nit a huge problem and the reason
of this problem is low ram memory of the device and this low memory in ram is due to t
he installation of the large size apps and thus the device and its software do not working
properly and you face the hanging problem.
if you want to solve this problem then you have to uninstall the all the apps so that a
lot of space left in ram for the proper working.
thus you will solve this problem.

Batteries replaced but wireless keyboard hangs the screen

After replacing the batteries of wireless keyboard, wireless keyboard hangs the screen. While trying to give commands, the screen freezes. Could you please suggest me a way to tackle the problem?
