You can easily change the desktop background.For changing you need to follow the below instructions.

+++ Steps to follow to change the desktop background in mac os x :

1. First of all restart the mac system if you unable to change background.

2. After restart go to the start up menu from task bar.

3. In start up menu find and tap the control panel.

4. Here you will see the many options.Among this find and tap the display settings.

5. In display settings you will see the different background displays images.

6. Choose anyone and move to down.

7. Here find and tap the save changes option.

Hello Friend

Open the system

click on the right button in the empty place

Now click the properties

Now the window will be opened.

In that window select the Desktop.

Now you will select any one.

And finally click the OK button.

The background will be changed.

Unable to change desktop background in Macbook Pro with Retina Display after Mac OS X 10.7.4 upgrade

I am facing problem in changing desktop background after upgrading my Macbook Pro with Retina Display with Mac OS X 10.7.4. I have rebooted the system again but it didn’t help in solving the problem. What should I do next?
