.............................Sometimes this kind of problem caused due to key board itself.
.....................................Now navigate mouse pointer on Control Panel and click on it.
.......................................Under the control panel click on key board Option.
................................Under the key board Option dialog box click on View tab.
......................................... here more option show
......................................select speed option and abject speed slow and fast both option available
................................Unchecked the checkbox says Always shows the icon never thumbnails.
...............................Click OK to confirm change.
..............................your problem is solve.
............................. Remove key board from USB port and put again.
.........................restart your macbook and try to scroll page.
............................. This time you will get proper response.

You will type in the following below

Go to a start button.

Select the run button and type the OSK and click the enter button.

Now you will open the processor or wherever you want to type.

Now you will just click on the keys or change settings to type by hovering on the keys.

Unable to use virtual keyboard in Macbook Pro 13

Recently, I upgraded my Macbook Pro 13 with Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I have been unable to access virtual keyboard physically. Even after re-booting the system, I am not able to click with it. What am I supposed to do next?
