    Hello friend,


    I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...........

    1.Every Mac and the system will have the limit to all the configurations.

    2.may be your mac may not support the Ram more than 2 GB.

    3.So only one Ram is getting recognized.

    4.If that is not your problem then this may be the problem of the Ram port.

    5.So check it first.

    6.If that is also not your problem then the problem is with the Mac Os so try to perform the Restore.

    Follow the below steps carefully

    First of all you need to open the RAM set


    Then you must try to Hard Reset

    There after Troubleshoot it

    Then you will know the problem where it has been occurred

    So that the particular place will be repaired


    And try to restart the device again

    Hello guest you are doing a little bit mistake that you are using two RAM in mac if you want to work it well than use one ram of 4GB memory and if you want to use two RAM of 2GB each than you have to make change in setting becuase mac and use multi RAM in it use thses steps 1 goto mac control area 2 click on option of software setting 3 click on ram option 4 now scroll to its setting 5 it will set as single mode 6 change it to dual mode 7 click finish it will start working good bye

    RAM issue with Macbook 13 inch

    I just thought of upgrading my Macbook RAM so added 2x2 GB RAM in it and now only one of it getting recognized and the other just failed to get recognize. Why is that? What should I do to make both the RAM work properly? Can you please give me the solution for this problem?
