You can reset the NVRAM for fixing the airport card installation error.

:: First shutdown the computer and again start the PC.

:: At the time staring press and hold the Command option with the letter P
and R keys before the gray screen appears on the system.

:: Now you can hold the keys until the PC restarts.

:: This will reset the NV RAM/P RAM in your Mac and solve the airport card issue.

Re: No Airport card installed error in Mac Snow Leopard

This issue can come up for various reasons in your Mac, now to resolve this type of problem all we can do is to reset the PRAM and check back again which should fix the problem most of the times,

STEP 1: Turn off your Mac completely.

STEP 2: Now press Command key + Alt + P + R -> Start the Mac by holding it still.

STEP 3: Now wait till you get the startup chime for second time, then leave the keys which you have pressed for long time. This will do the reset of PRAM.

STEP 4: Now check if you are able to see the proper networks with the help of Airport.

No Airport card installed error in Mac Snow Leopard

I have a Mac which runs with the Snow Leopard and it do have the Airport card but still when I try to connect with the wireless network it just gives the error as “No AirPort card installed”. Why this error shows up? Is there anyway I can resolve this now? Thanks.
