Re: USB mouse freezes on connecting in Macbook Air Hello friend, I have the solution for your problem just do as i say............... 1.This may be the problem of your mouse. 2.So check it is working or not. 3.If that is not your problem then the problem is with the USB cable. 4.If that is also not your problem then the problem is with your USB port or the USB drivers. 5.So try to update the drivers and then try to connect any device. 6.Still if you have the problem then the problem is with the USB port so get it repaired. Re: USB mouse freezes on connecting in Macbook Air Reasons to your problem are ---> -The mouse drivers needs to be updated. -Too many apps are running in your system. -The connecting cables are not working perfectly. -Your mouse needs service. Solutions to your problem are ---> -Make sure too many heavy apps are not running in your system. -Wait for sometime to allow the webpage to open and then perform any operation. -If problem persists,check for the updates of the drivers. -Update the drivers. -If the issue is not yet resolved,then replace the connecting cables. -If the issue persists,your mouse needs service,hence contact the service center. Your problem will be solved.

May be your mouse driver is crashed. 2. Due to running of another program which lead to non responding of mouse. Solution for resolving the issue:- 1. Close the running program and wait for responding to once again start the mouse. 2. Now restart the Mac so that mouse driver once again and running the mouse. 3. If again mouse will not work then check the driver is not crashes. 4. I think PORT was damaged You check and Place in the Another Port Even if it does not work ... then you must Troubleshoot it And also make sure the connection is not loose You need to Navigate to the DEVICE MANAGER option Then you tap on the Update option So you can Update the Drivers with the Latest available Updates You can also restore your Drivers Then you can definitely solve the Issue VERY GOOD LUCK
USB mouse freezes on connecting in Macbook Air My Logitech USB mouse freezes after connecting with my Macbook Air after login. The cursor fails to move after opening the webpage. I have to press the power button to shut it down. Is there some manufacturing defect, if yes then please share your solutions.
