    For the Mozilla Firebox:

=) Go to the dock and hit the Mozilla browser.

=) Once your browser is open then, go to the “menu” if you using the old version or “firebox” if you using the latest version.

=) Then hit the add-on under it.

=) Now select the plugin option which is placed at the bottom after the extension.

=) Under you see the JavaScript plugin, if it is disable then you have to enable it.

=) If it is show out of date then from the upper screen, you select the “check to see if your plugins are up to date” and install the latest JavaScript.

    For the MAC:

=) Above the last steps you see a download JavaScript for Mac in the page, so download it.

=) This will fix the problem for the Mac safari OK.

Hi .. When you have Already updated Your Java Version to the latest one , then obviously You Will be getting the message as Java plug-in is Blocked . So it will be Better if you Uninstall the Current Version and Install the Previous Version ( older ). OR You can Overcome this problem by Open tools in the Browser and go to options in that , click on Content Tab , Enable the JAVA Script , and click on Ok . Re: Java plugin blocked in Mac Safari or Firefox

Yes of course you will be getting the message saying that Plugin is blocked if you have already updated your Java version to your Mac with the latest. Just few days back they have discovered that there is a serious security issue with Java 7 update where someone can easily get into the system with the help of it.

So Apple have remotely disabled all the usage of the Java to overcome this issue. So the best thing to do for your case is to uninstall the Java version which you have and install the Java 6 version which is been provided as one of the safest version to use as of now. Just do this to fix this problem now.
