    "The Photo library needs to be upgraded to work with this version of iPhoto." on Macbook

    My macbook running with the OS X Lion, and now am unable to open the iPhoto application because whenever I open the iPhoto application I get the message that "The Photo library needs to be upgraded to work with this version of iPhoto." and then the application exits.

    Hi...................,


    Steps to be performed ------>
    * Visit the apple app store now.
    * Make sure that you are using fast net connection.
    * There in option click on my apps .
    * You can see all the installed apps there.
    * Now click on update all option.
    * All of your apps will be updated if states error then retry.
    * Now restart the device and then use the i photo.
    * You can access to full of this application without error.
    * Do not download any app from unsafe site or unsafe region.
    * Always update the software to latest one, use fast net connection for this.
    * Visit the security area in device to update the software files.
    * Always recommended using fast net connection for this.
    * Save the device from all kind of virus attack.
    * Have the Quick heal antivirus and update its virus definitions.
    * You can also purchase this antivirus from shopping sites or near store.
    * Increase the RAM of the device if it is lower.
    * For this you need to visit the service center very soon.
    * Also maintain space in the device memory, have the memory cleaner app to clean memory.
    * Have the backup of the important files soon.

    Troubleshoot:-

    1. First you need to "Back Up" and then try to rebuild the library:

    >> For that hold down the command and alt keys while launching i Photo.
    Then choose to "Rebuild i Photo Library Database" from automatic backup.

    2. If above solution will not work then, you need to right click on the "i Photo Library"
    and choose the Show Package Contents. Delete iPhotoLock.data, and then go to
    Database/apdb/ and remove the lock file.pid.

    3. Now restart the Mac and check it will work or not.
