PS3 game is Highly Graphic Compatible
And So you can not play it on Mac
You need to Run the PSX emulator and Controller to your mac to play that game
Generally the Normal Operating System can not support this Blue Ray PS games
So I suggest you to Purchase the PS3
Then you can connect it to the PS3 Wireless Support
