    My dear friend,

    >>>>>>>just follow as i say.......

yes, You can install Windows vista in your Mac book pro.
But you should have to format your computer.

And you check that your Mac is compatible with the Windows vista
that is you have the minimum requirements to install Windows
vista in your computer. you can know it reading the manual about
    Windows Vista.

If you can install it firstly insert the Windows Vista CD in your Mac
and restart your Mac. Then you can see the install Windows Vista
    option.

Re: Is it possible to install Windows Vista along with Mountain Lion OS in my Macbook?

    Dear Friend...

It is quite possible to install Windows Vista in your Mac device but as you asked the question, then i tell you that no two OS can be used or install together at the same time.

If you want to use or install Vista in your device, then you can install,.
Just buy a CD from the market and insert in your disc driver,
The Mac gets boot and you need to press a key,
Then select the hard disk where you keep your installed OS and just format the previous installed OS.

Once this finish, the set-up start copying file in your present hard disk and after that it start installing OS.
Your device gets restart 4-5 time and then follow the steps as comes after.
Fill all the details, set the time, date and other columns, and again restart your Mac.

Finally the Vista gets ready but before installing the Vista, keep in mind these configurations:-

    • 800-megahertz processor
    • 512 megabytes system memory
    • DirectX 9-class graphics card
    • 32 MB of graphics memory
    • 15 GB of free hard disk space
    • Internal or external DVD drive for installing OS
    • Internet access capability for updating OS
    • Audio output capability for testing sound drivers,

Hope you get some idea about this now,
    Thank you...

Re: Is it possible to install Windows Vista along with Mountain Lion OS in my Macbook?

    Hello Guest..

Installing two OS in same hard driver is not possible because there is already an OS has been installed in the hard disk.
If you want to install Windows Vista in your MacBook, then you b=need to un-install the Mac OS and then install the Vista OS.

The hardware requirements fro installing Vista are as follows:-

    • 1-gigahertz processor.
    • 1 GB RAM
    • 512 MB Graphics card
    • 512 MB of graphics memory (minimum)
    • 40-GB hard disk (15 GB free space)
    • Disc drive for installing OS.

The rest of the steps are same for installing Mac OS.
Insert the OS Disc, restart your Mac, press a key for reboot, then format the drive, copy the files itself, then the installation will begin, wait for few minutes, fill the details and the Mac has been installed.

    Thank you..

    Dear Guest ..

Yep you can install windows vista in your Macbook.

    but you cannot install the
windows vista and Mountain Lion in the same drive .

get a Vista OS DVD/CD and start installing it in a seperate drive .

and follow the steps which you are being redirected for .

your will get restarted for 4-5 times in this process.

and make sure that you've all the minimum requirements to install windows vista .

i.e atleast 12 GB free space in your hard drive.

    supporting graphics.

    1GB RAM

    1GHZ processor or more .

    Thank you..

    Dear Friend..

There is absolutely fine if you want to install the Windows vista in MacBook.
If you want to install, then you need to un-install the Mac Lion OS first and then you can install the Windows Vista,

For installing Windows Vista, you must have the following hardware configurations:-

    • 1-gigahertz (GHz) 32-bit (x86) processor or 1-GHz 64-bit (x64) processor
    • 1 GB RAM
    • Graphics card
    • 128 MB of graphics memory (minimum)
    • 40-GB hard disk (15 GB free space)
    • DVD drive
    • Internet access capability for updating OS.

The rest of the installation process is same as in Mac OS,
So there is no need to worry about this.

    Thank you..
