    Hello dear.....

First check the MS office2011 is compatible with your MAC OS or not.
If it is compatible then there is a problem with the software.
the software might be corrupted. So, download a fresh copy and install it.
Now reboot your MAC and open the PPT.
then you can get out of problem....
Also install efficient antivirus to get away from bugs...

    Dear Friend...

It might be the problem of your MS Office.
Actually what happens that sometime the set-up of MS Office don't have the exact files in its set-up due to which when you install this, any of its features definitely doesn't work.
The same issue arise here in your MacBook device. The PPT part of MS Office is not working.

The best option to cure with this issue is to download the compatible version of MS Office 2011 for Mac and install in your MacBook. The set-up must be downloaded from the official website of MS Office. Once the installation is complete, you will not this issue never again.

    Thank you...
