Problem connecting to the Game Center in Mac Mountain Lion

I have updated my Mac to the Mountain Lion OS recently and now when I try to connect to the Game Center it gives the error message as “Error: Can’t connect to Game Center”. Why this is happening? and only after the Mountain Lion update? Is there anything which I need to do to fix this?

This issue comes up if you have done some customization before in the /etc/hosts file. Just follow the steps given below to fix the issue,

STEP 1: Go to the folder /etc/hosts from your Mac in terminal or from UI.

STEP 2: Now open the file and remove all the entries which you have added before manually and leave the default ones which will be localhost and the broadcasthost.

STEP 3: Save the file and restart your Mac once which is not mandatory but still good to do that.

STEP 4: Try to open Game center again which should be working now without any issues.

    Hi.........,

Remove the earlier files of game center.
Use Zapak games to download and play.
Visit zapak.com and play unlimited games online.
You can also save or download game from there.
Both free and paid version of game are available there.

    Thanks

    Troubleshoot:

:: Use the fast internet connection on your system.

:: Try to a reset network connection by turn OFF the network connection and then again ON the connection

:: Check your network settings is correctly configured or not.

:: Use the DNS server IP on the network settings

:: Restart the system and then again open the Face time.

:: Else log out from game center and then again log in.

    Hello Dude ...

    No worry

here is the solution for your problem

You just need to check the Drive Once

And then Repair DISK PERMISSIONS ...

You just come out of the GAME CENTER

And then again Sign IN with the Same Account

And also RESET THE " PRAM "

Even if you are not able to access it ... then you just go for the RESET option

After RESETTING ALL THE SETTINGS you can definitely open the GAME CENTER

    GOOD LUCK

Re: Problem connecting to the Game Center in Mac Mountain Lion

    hello sir,

i think that there is some cache problem in your game center that cause you to face the current problem.

So my suggestion to you is that you should have to clear the cache of the games to get the instant solution to your query.

You can do it as follows:::::::::>>>>>>

turn on your mac device first of all.

Then go to the menu from the home screen

here you have to tap on the settings.

There you have to navigate at the applications.

In the apps you have to tap on the manage apps.

Then tap on the game center.'

    then tap on the options.

Then tap on the clear the cache.

    That's all.

    Thank you.
