    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...............

1.Firstly install the best antivirus software and then scan your system using it.

2.If there is no problem with the virus then the problem is with the Quick Time Player software or the music files.

3.So you try to open the same music files using another player.

4.If they play well there then the problem is with the Quick Time Player.

5.So you uninstall the Quick Time Player and then again install it.

I hope by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    All the best.................

    Dear Friend...

The problem might be related to these issues:-

    1. You haven't clear the recent files list
    2. Multiple play list.
    3. Compatibility Issue

    Solution:-

    1. You need to check first that how many files you already play in quick time player because sometimes, when you play files and movies in a single player, it recent list has been full and later it create starting issues.
So just clear the recent files history and always follow this trick in a gap of 1 to 2 weeks.

    2. Sometimes, we also create multiple list for playing songs and movies which is another aspect of this issue.
You just deleted those list and try to keep the playlist as few as possible.

But if you still face the same issue, then just uninstall the player and re-install it again or switch to any other Media Player which is more compatible with your device.

    Thank you...

    Hello Sir,

I think that you are facing the current problem in to your device due to the using of too old version of the Quick time player in to your device.

So my suggestion to you is that you should have to download a new version of the quick time player or you can also use another media player for playing the music on your device.

After downloading the new version first of all uninstall the old version of the quick time version from your device and then install the new version that you have downloaded.

Also there may be some virus issue in to your device for your current problem.

So simply download and install any of the good antivirus on your device.

After doing the above step scan your device with the antivirus.

    Then clear the scanning report.

    Then restart your device.

    All the best.

    Thank you.

    hi,
hi this is due to the low ram space in your system,
so the solution is that you have to make some vacant space
in the ram memory of the system so that it can works properly ,
if you will not do so then the system get hangs.
so to make the space you have to uninstall the all apps .
this will definitely solve problem of hanging of system.
also you can uninstall them by restoring of system.
    ok.
