Recovering unsaved Word document in Mac?

Yesterday I was working on a Word document and right in the middle a error message came saying “Word unexpectedly closed”. I have typed so much in that so somehow I want to recover the file. Can you please tell me how to recover that? Please give me more information and proper solution for this.

    Hello My dear Dude ....

First of all Press the Command -N keys together to open a New Finder windows on the Mac Screen

Under the Devices ... Choose the entire computer as the location to Search

Enter the AutoRecovery in the text field next to the Searchlight icon in the Upper right corner of the Windows

Select the File that you want

Double click on the Recovered file on your Desktop to launch Microsoft word and Display the file on the Screen

Click on " File " menu

    Select "Save As "

Select the " Desktop " or some other location to store your file from the " Locations " drop down menu in the center of the Dialog box

    Then click SAVE button

    GOOD LUCK
