    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say......

1.Firstly check that your audio outputs are working finely or not.

2.Then you check the cable connection of your speakers.

3.If that is not your problem then the problem is with your sound drivers.

4.So you try to uninstall the present audio drivers.

5.And then re-install them in your Mac to make them work.

6.Even if you cannot able to fix the problem then you try to update the present Audio Drivers.

I hope by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    All the best.......

    Hello dear.....

There may be problem with the audio drivers or with the speakers.
First install the audio driver properly and reboot the PC.
Then open device manager and update the audio driver.
Check all the settings whether they may be changed in audio players(stereo ,audio track disabled.....)
Check the connections with the speakers....

    Hope you may understand.........

    hi,

dear first check the mute option of the music player . and if it is ok then the turn it on
the unmute and play the song if there is output of sound then it is right and if not it
means this is the problem related with the hardware of the device and for the solution
of it you have to go to service center and then they will solve the problem free if you
have the warranty of the device otherwise you have to pay its repairing cost.
    thanks.
