    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Your System Preferences should be in your Applications folder.

    1. So Open a Finder window;

    2. Then click "Go" in the top menu bar;

    3. Select the Applications;

    4. Now Click and drag the System Preferences from there back to your dock.

    5. If again not come then try to repair the disk and permission.

    6. Else try to update the current OS.

    Hello my Dear Friend ...

    Follow the below steps carefully

    Once open
    APPLICATIONS FOLDER ..

    So there you can Find the
    " System preferences " icon

    If you do not see the
    " System preferences " then ..

    Go to the
    DOCK ..

    There you can click on the
    " System preferences " icon

    Even it it does not reveal .. then try the following

    Choose the
    " APPLE " ..menu

    So from there select the
    " System preferences "

    This way you can easily View the " System preferences menu " in the above Three ways

    In the " System Preferences Window " there you can see the Various options like

    <<>> Hardware

    <<>> Internet & Wireless

    <<>> System

    <<>> Personal

    <<>> Other ..etc.,

    If you press the " System Preferences " icon in the Dock ..

    Then a Menu Pops up and
    Lets you open a Specific System preferences pane ..

    GOOD LUCK

    Hello Friend

    1.you have to select the system preferences icon in your application folder.

    2.In the system preferences window click any of the icons.

    3.The bottom part of the window changes to reflect the options for whichever icon you click.

    4.When this happens, the bottom part of the window is called a pane.

    5.For example when you click the general icon in the system preferences window, the bottom part of the window becomes the General system preference pane.

    6.When you finish working with a system preference pane, click the show all button to return to the window with icons for all available system preferences pane, or press the command +L.
