    There are no product registered to this Apple ID when trying to connect with my Mac to support site

    I have forgotten the security question answer in my Mac and now I just tried clicking the start request online and then I got the message saying “There are no product registered to this Apple ID” but I am trying to contact with the Apple Mac itself? What is the issue now? How to get over this?

    Hello
    Dear user ************
    ++++++++Try this +++++++++++

    ********Go to the EDIT section first of all

    ********Then tap on the PAYMENT INFORMATION

    ********After that Update the INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE

    ********So there you can change the Credit Card Number

    ********Then finally tap on DONE button

    ********You have the option to remove all the credit card details from your Apple ID

    ********Now if you are trying to purchase something from your Apple ID, it will always ask for card details

    Hi.................,

    Suggestions -------------->
    * This issue is because your product means your system is not registered.
    * If you read the booklet provided to you , during purchase it is written to register on apple site.
    * I mean you need to sign up then add you device date of purchase and other details.

    You are here talking about of security question Have you ---------->
    * Have the Mac OS disc of the software which is installed.
    * Now restart the system after inserting the disc and hold the C key as it starts up.
    * When windows will appear then choose the language and click on right arrow.
    * The next step depend on what version of OS you are using.
    * You need to choose the reset password option.
    * Choose your hard drive and then choose accounts.
    * Do not select system administrator.
    * You now need to enter the new password and click on save option.
    * Quite the installer and you need to restart the system.

    Thanks
