Definitely. You would be able to transfer your old data into your new computer. The necessity is only the space so you must have enough space in your hard disk. Hard disk is the container which allows you to add Pictures, Movies, Music, Word file etc in digital format.Transferring data from Old hard disk to new one is very similar to transferring Books from your old house to a new one.

    Hello my dear Friend ...

You will need a SIX PIN to SIX PIN FIRE WIRE CABLE

Connect Each end of the Cable to a fire Wire port on both the NEW and OLD computers

So now Start the computer and Log in as Normal

Turn OFF the old computer and then hold down the "" T "" key on the Keyboard while you Restart it

So the Old computer appears as a Hard Drive on the NEW computer

On the New computer , Open the APPLICATIONS folder

So Double click the MIGRATION ASSISTANT icon in the UTILITIES folder

So this way you can easily Transfer your Data From Old Mac to the NEW mac

    VERY GOOD LUCK

Re: Transferring Data from old MacBook to a new One

you can do this by two methods

    1. transfer all the data that you want to transfer into the pendrive from old macbook

then put this pendrive to the new one and copy all the data

now all the data is send to the new macbook

    2. connect both the mac using a usb cable

then select all the data that you want to transfer

then go to the options and select the send option

then then select the new macbook and tap on it and conform it

then the process starts and the data is now transfered
