Transferring files from Mac Snow Leopard to Vista through Boot Camp?

I have dual OS in my Mac where one is the default Snow Leopard OS and the other is Vista which runs with the bootcamp application. Now I just need to know what steps I should follow to transfer the files from Mac Snow Leopard OS to Vista? Can you please provide me the information? Thanks.

Hello Dear Guest, There is no direct way to transfer your files from your MAC to your Windows(Which is installed in bootcamp).
So you need to follow these steps.
On your MAC install DropBOX. Link Here: https://www.dropbox.com/downloading?os=mac
After successful installation create a free account and select which files you want to share and upload them to dropbox.
Now go to windows OS and install dropbox there too. Link: https://www.dropbox.com/downloading‎
Then sign in and your files will be visible there. You can now share file easily between your MAC and BOOTcamp
