Unable to connect with Wi-Fi connection on Macbook Pro 13

I recently updated my Macbook Pro 13 with OS X Lion 10.7.4. After the upgrade, I am unable to connect with any of the Wi-Fi router. Is this some manufacturing defect? Please suggest a solution.
