Unable to install the Snow Leopard OS in my MacBook Pro

I have Mac OS X 10.6.8 installed in my MacBook Pro and now I want to fresh install it to the Snow Leopard. So when I tried to do the installation with the Snow Leopard disk it just says this “OS cannot be installed on this computer”. Why? What is the problem with MacBook Pro? I cannot install the Snow Leopard OS in it?

Well dear as you are saying that you are trying to install snow leopard of your macbook on to your pc.that is why it is not installed because the software you are trying to install is designed for your macbook not for pc.so you should buy or download a new snow leopard which should support your pc.after that install it it will be installed easily.
I think your problem is now solved.
    Thanks

Re: Unable to install the Snow Leopard OS in my MacBook Pro

    Hi Friend..

This particular error occurs due to many reason.
    1. Some installation files might be missing,
    2. The OS in the disk is corrupt
    3. The OS which you are installing is not updated or may be some old version.
    4. You are following some wrong procedures.

    Solutions:-
I think you should check your disk that whether it has some missing files because many user don't know how to create a bootable CD.
So you just skip that CD and purchase a new one.

A part from that, if you feel that you are not getting the installation process, the take your device to your computer technician shop and tell him to install the OS,
He will hardly charged your for this.

    Thanks Dear..

Re: Unable to install the Snow Leopard OS in my MacBook Pro

    Hello Guest...

The Mac OS disc you are using or trying to install the Mac OS in MacBook might be duplicate or pirated.
Because most of the times we install the pirated OS which corrupt while installation and the same issue is happening here,

There is also a reason that the disc of Mac OS might be corrupt as some files missing from the CD due to which it unable to install.

So i suggest you to kindly buy or purchase the New Snow Leopard OS Disc from the Apple Store as they have the genuine product for MacBook.
Then you install the OS in Mac, it really works,

    Thank you..

    Hi Dear friend ..

This kind of error occurs due to the reasons as :

some installation file may be missing , or the OS may be corrupted .

Once Check your Disk that whether it has some missing files or Any Crack Files are present ,

Because many dont know how to create a bootable CD .

Snow Leopard come s on a single DVD and with a White Picture Of a Snow Leopard .

If that doesn't work it out then skip that DVD and Download a new version 10.6.5

    It works better ..
    Thank you..

    hii frnd

as you saying that you can't install your leopard os because ,,

firstlly you should use original CD from store

secondlly. you should not copy on older one window...this might be the reason

so you should reboot your system then try to install

Re: Unable to install the Snow Leopard OS in my MacBook Pro

    Welcome Dear...

I think as you are saying that you trying to install in your PC but it is designed for your Mac Book Pro.
I don't understand exactly where you want to install this.
It never happens that Mac OS can't be installed in PC. It can be installed in any device but you need to buy the original Mac disc.

May be the OS you are trying to install is corrupt or pirated due to which you are unable to install this OS and got this error again and again.
I think you need to buy Snow Leopard by calling Apple: 800-MY-APPLE (in the US).
Snow Leopard comes on a single DVD and white with a picture of a Snow Leopard like this image:-

This cost you around 15000/- from the Apple Store Outlet.
    Hope you get it.

    thanks

Re: Unable to install the Snow Leopard OS in my MacBook Pro

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.............

1.Firstly check that your system configuration supports Snow Leopard OS.

2.If it supports then check that your installation CD may be corrupted or have any scratches.

3.Or you may be installing it from the wrong CD/DVD.

4.So you try to install it from the Original CD/DVD.

5.You try to buy it from the 'Apple Store'.

6.Later you can install it in your Mac.

    Have a nice day.....................
