Unable to open the applications from the LaunchPad in Mountain Lion

Facing a very big issue with my Mac where I am not able to open any applications which are there in the LaunchPad. Why is that? I just recently updated my Mac to the Mountain Lion where it was working fine but now I am facing this problem all of sudden. Is there anyway I can fix this problem? Hope I will get some help at least.

    Hi,

    See,these things do happen.
I will suggest you to restart your system and then open the application.
I am sure once you'll reboot the system, everything will work fine!

    Bye!

    Hello Dear Friend ...

    How about you ??

    Well

To launch an App ... You just click on that icon

In a Heartbeat , Launchpad disappears

And the app replaces your screen

And to rearrange the app icons just click and Drag the apps to new location

    Follow the above given process

Then you can definitely be able to open the Apps

    GOOD LUCK
