    Hello my dear Dude ...

    Follow the below steps carefully

Have you followed the below steps correctly ??

First of all Shutdown your Mac

Then locate the following commands on the Mac Command ... Option , P , and R

    Hold these keys simultaneously

After that Turn ON your computer

After that Press and Hold the Command - Option - P - R keys before the Grey Screen Appears

Hold the Keys down until the computer Restarts ...

You will hear the Start up sound for the Next time

    Then release ALL THE KEYS

Or else Open Firmware ... type the following key ..

    reset-all

    That is it

    VERY GOOD LUCK

    Hi.....................,

I think you must take the help of the command to reset the NVRAM.
    Simply restart your device now.

** Now open the firmware and then type the command

    -- reset-nvram
then a new dialog box will appear.
    Type reset-all

** Make sure that device is free from the virus issue.
** Also make sure that system is not creating sound in device.

    Thanks
