Unable to run Google Chrome after deleting its shortcut

I have a Mac Pro which run on OS X 10.6.8. I have downloaded Google chrome which is working fine as well but After installation, it created two shortcut at screen. I thought that this was the duplicate shortcut so deleted one but after that I am not able to use Google Chrome now. It says "Cannot Open Google Chrome because it is in Trash". However it works fine when both of these shortcuts are present. What's the issue and how can I fix this?

Dear friend :-) As you get the error message, it shows that you might be deleted the main shortcut due to which your chrome is not working. Now the main shortcut of chrome has been deleted and stored in trash which means you still have the chance to recover the file. This can be sort by restoring the chrome shortcut from chrome to MacBook. Just open your trash menu first, then press the right click on the chrome shortcut, you get the restore option. After click on restore option, the shortcut has been restore to your Mac screen. Now drag the duplicate icon and delete the shortcut. If the problem still persist, then re-install the chrome and update it from the internet. This definitely sort the problem. Thank you:-)

Well dear i think you have deleted the main shortcut of your mac.but no need to worry it is still there you can recover that as it is there in the trash.
Open your macbook and go to the trash and rightclick on the chrome shortcut.you will find restore option and click on that.it will be restored into your macbook.
If this problem still goes on then you should reinstall your chrome.thank you

    - Not much big issue.

    - Yet you have not completly deleted the Chrome shortcut.

    - It is yet in Trash folder.

    - Now you have to visit in the Trash folder of your Mac pro.

    - Then you will find the deleted icon there.

    - Then click right click on that.

    - Choose the option' Restore'.

    - Your deleted file will be restored again.

    - You can now use your Chrome browser easily as was earlier.

    Hi..........

    Yeah! I got your problem.

1.The shortcut you have deleted may be the important file of the Google Chrome.

2.So after deleting it you unable to access Google Chrome.

    3.You go to the Trash.

4.Now you restore that file and you can open Google Chrome now.

If you have deleted it from Trash then you use Recovery software or Uninstall the Google Chrome and install it again and now it will work finely.

    Have a nice day.........
