Don't worry. It is not a serious problem. What actually happening is that when you are opening mails of your iPhone. it removes the mail from Mail Server. That's probably the reason why you are not able to see it on your Mac Mailbox. To fix this issue follow the below given steps:
    • Navigate to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and Select your Mail Account.
    • Now Go to "Advanced"
    • Now navigate to "Incoming Settings>Delete from Server" and make sure that it is set to "Never". If it is not enabled then enable it.Your problem will be solved.

    Hi friend,

The following is the procedure for solving the problem of unable to see Mail Message on Mac when I open it on My iPhone.

    Go to settings option.

Now tap on to the Mails,Contacts and Calenders option.

Then you need to select the Mail account of you.

    Press the Advanced option.

After that tap on to the 'incoming settings>Delete from Server'.

But you must be sure from the above option,it is to be set to the Never option.

If the never option is not enabled, you can enable it at now.

    Thanks.

Follow the steps for settings the iPhone mail:

:: Open the "settings" option from it.

:: Now here select the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" option from the entire list.

:: After that go to the incoming mail Server SMTP and open in the mail account.

:: Once it opens, you open the labelled “Server” from the Primary Server settings.

:: Now select the “Never” in the incoming mail Server.

:: This will restrict the removal of mail from the server at the time of opening the mail in Mac system.
