Upgraded OS X Snow Leopard creates printer issues

After upgrading with OS X Snow Leopard, my printer is acting erroneous when it comes to scanning. It refuses to scan anything but printing and Xerox is successfully carried out. How to deal with this scanning issues as I am a graphic designer and can’t put work on hold.

    Hi..............,

    Suggestions ----->
    * I think that this error is due to error in printer.
    * Restart the printer and then perform the scan operation.
    * Take the printer to service center and file a complain.
    * Make sure that mac should be free from all virus data/file.
    * Have the antivirus in device always to save the device.
    * Antivirus must be purchased and virus definitions must be updated.
    * Do less use of the Bluetooth and wifi in device as it bring virus.
    * Also maintain the space in the memory of the device.
    * Perform the memory cleaner app to clean the memory of the device.
    * Device software must be in updated format.
    * Use fast net connection for this update.

    Thanks

Before going to below instruction first reset the printing system and for that you need to trash
    the printer folder.

    Troubleshoot:

    1. First you need to check the printer whether is connecting properly to the Mac system.

    2. Now re add the printer device.

    3. So open the preference tap and search the printer under the printer section.

    4. Under it delete the printer and then add the printer again.

    5. Then try to restart the Mac system.

    Dear Friend...

Scanner is a device for which you need to do manual settings.
If you have scanner separately, it means it could be the drivers issue. Just take out the drivers disc and install the scan driver in your MacBook device.

If your scanner is still not working then in that case, unlpug all the cables, restart your MacBook device once again and then plug all the cables because sometimes the fault might be lied in cables in USB.

A part from this, it can be a hardware issue due to which your scanner is not working fine.
So, you must contact with your manufacturer service center and either replace the device or change its internal component.
This could be the only solution,

    Thank you...
