USB mouse freezes on connecting in Macbook Air

My Logitech USB mouse freezes after connecting with my Macbook Air after login. The cursor fails to move after opening the webpage. I have to press the power button to shut it down. Is there some manufacturing defect, if yes then please share your solutions.

    Hello my dear Friend ....

    I think PORT was damaged

You check and Place in the Another Port

Even if it does not work ... then you must Troubleshoot it

And also make sure the connection is not loose

You need to Navigate to the DEVICE MANAGER option

Then you tap on the Update option

So you can Update the Drivers with the Latest available Updates

You can also restore your Drivers

Then you can definitely solve the Issue

    VERY GOOD LUCK

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reason for not working the mouse on Mac:-

    1. May be your mouse driver is crashed.

    2. Due to running of another program which lead to non responding of mouse.

    Solution for resolving the issue:-

    1. Close the running program and wait for responding to once again start the mouse.

    2. Now restart the Mac so that mouse driver once again and running the mouse.

    3. If again mouse will not work then check the driver is not crashes.

    4. For resolving the crashes issue you need to reinstall the mouse driver.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...............

1.This may be the problem of your mouse.

2.So check it is working or not.

3.If that is not your problem then the problem is with the USB cable.

4.If that is also not your problem then the problem is with your USB port or the USB drivers.

5.So try to update the drivers and then try to connect any device.

6.Still if you have the problem then the problem is with the USB port so get it repaired.

    All the best................
