Where to get back the System preferences file for Mac Leopard OS?

I was cleaning up the unused files which was there in my Mac hard drive and by mistake I deleted the system preference along with it. I actually cleaned up all which was there in the trash too. So can you please tell me where I can get back the system preference file for my Mac which runs with Leopard OS? If possible can you please attach that file too with your answer so that I can use it? Thanks.

Hello Dear User, If you are searching for system preferences you can find it via the finder application.
    Go to mac home screen.
Click on the Apple logo on the top of the screen and then search for System Preferences there . You can find all the settings there.
